Frances qualified in January 2009 having previously trained with Rees Wood Terry and is our residential conveyancing solicitor. She has wide experience in the residential property market. She has conducted a broad range of residential property transactions including purchases, sales, re-mortgages and a comprehensive range of other property related matters. She has also developed expertise in dealing with matters relating to tenants "right to buy" and "right to manage" and also lease extensions.
